Are you surprised that your library is not on the list? Please check this list, which contains all U.S. public libraries. Your library must have a locale code or modal locale code of 31, 32, 33, 41, 42, or 43 OR serve a population under 25,000 in order to qualify for a stipend.
The modal locale code is the most common locale code for libraries with multiple branches.
