All Embedding Evaluation teams will receive funds to offset the cost of travel to the Kickoff and Wrap-Up Institutes. The amounts per library will be determined based on the number of team members and the library’s proximity to the Kickoff and Wrap-Up Institutes and will not exceed $5,000 ($2,500 for the Kickoff Institute and $2,500 for the Wrap-Up Institute). These funds will be provided in the form of reimbursement for actual travel expenses including airfare, mileage, ground transportation, lodging, and meals after the Kickoff and Wrap-Up Institutes occur.

Teams from small and/or rural libraries will be eligible to receive additional funds to cover travel costs that exceed $2,000 per event.
