To apply for the 2020-2021 Embedding Evaluation cohort in Colorado, your library team must submit an application consisting of the following materials:
- Completed Application Form
- Responses to application questions
- Resumes for all team members
- A letter of support from the library director. If the library director is a member of the team, a letter of support must come from the library’s reporting authority (board member, city manager, etc.).
Applications are due February 21, 2020 at 5:00 PM. Please combine all items into one PDF file, and send it to email@example.com. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by March 20, 2020.
